Tuition fees cover the cost of your tuition, including lectures, seminars and any other support provided for you whilst you are studying at UWE. Tuition fees do not include your accommodation costs or living expenses. If your course includes field trips you may have to contribute to the cost.
If you are a full-time or sandwich international student your tuition fees will be fixed on entry at that rate for the duration of the programme of study providing that you do not interrupt your studies for any reason.
The tuition fees for postgraduate international students are determined by the University. For students starting in 2007/2008, the feesare:
- Classroom based programmes: £8,222
Classroom based programmes are those in the faculties of Humanities, Languages and Social Sciences; Education; Law and Bristol Business School - Laboratory based programmes: £8,694
Laboratory/workshop based programmes are those in the faculties of Applied Sciences; Bristol School of Art, Media and Design; Built Environment and Computing Engineering and Mathematical Sciences.
However there are some exceptions to the standard fees listed above. You can confirm the fees you have to pay with your faculty office.
