What are the tuition fees for international (non EU) students on an undergraduate course?

Tuition fees cover the cost of your tuition, including lectures, seminars and any other support provided for you whilst you are studying at UWE. Tuition fees do not include your accommodation costs or living expenses. If your course includes field trips you may have to contribute to the cost.

The tuition fees for undergraduate international students are determined by the University. For students starting in 2007/2008, thefeesare:

  • Classroom based programmes: £8,222
    Classroom based programmes are those in the Faculties of Humanities, Languages and Social Sciences; Education; Law and the Bristol Business School
  • Laboratory based programmes: £8,694
    Laboratory/workshop based programmes are those in the Faculties of Applied Sciences; School of Art, Media and Design; Built Environment and Computing, Engineering and Mathematical Sciences.

The exception to the standard fees listed above is the Diploma in Foundation Studies in Art and Design (Bristol Schoolof Art, Media and Design).

You can confirm the fees you will have to pay with your faculty office.
