Invitations are sent to all those eligible to attend a Graduation Ceremony. Invitations are sent out by your faculty and will either be sent with your final results or shortly afterwards. The invitation will include full information about the ceremony, how to attend and how to buy guest tickets.
With your invitation you will receive a 'Guest Tickets' form. In order to purchase guest tickets you will need to complete this form and return it to the Bristol Cathedral Box Office. All details of how to do this are included in the invitation. The number of tickets available does vary per ceremony. The minimum is two and the maximum is four per graduate. The Guest Tickets form will indicate the number of tickets that you can buy for your ceremony. Tickets were £14.00 each for the ceremonies held in 2006.
The Graduation Office can provide a letter which states that you have a graduation ceremony and the date and time of the ceremony that your parents can show to immigration if needed.
