UWE has a sexual and racial harassment policy which is under constant review to ensure that it is fully compliant with up-to-date legislation, the most recent version is available in the University Student Handbook.
Allegations of discriminatory behaviour by any members of UWE, staff or student, will be dealt with under the appropriate grievance and disciplinary procedures. These can also be found in the University Student Handbook in the 'Rules and Regulations' section.
