The Disability Services, situated in Room 1E22 on the Frenchay Campus, can help you to arrange any support you need. The service is easily accessible to all students and is fitted with a push pad sliding door entrance, an induction loop system and a minicom. The Disability Service provides:
- assessments of educational support needs
- training in the use of assistive technology
- advice on study-related support
- co-ordination of non-medical support workers and dyslexia/specialist tuition
- information to staff on issues relating to disabled students in higher education
- pre-entry guidance for disabled applicants
- information on local and national disability organisations and services
