If you have complex care or personal care needs you need to arrange support as far in advance of coming to the UK as possible, as support is liable to be extremely costly and could prove complicated to arrange. Also remember that although UK Social Services might be able to offer advice and assist you with arrangements, they will not be able to assist with funding, except in very specific circumstances.
