Airport pick up
To ensure that your arrival at UWE is made as easy as possible, we request that all students travelling from outside the UK provide their arrival details by completing the UWE online arrival form by clicking here (at least 7 days before your arrival). This will also reserve you a place on our coach. You will be required to supply the following information to submit the form:
- your full name
- your application number
- your arrival airport and terminal details
- your flight number and arrival time.

If you have been allocated UWE accommodation, Accommodation Services will be informed of your estimated arrival time and send you information on key collection.
By completing the UWE online arrival form (link above), it will ensure that the member of UWE staff meeting students knows who to expect. We will then email you to confirm your booking and to give further details of the collection point.
The coach will leave the airport no later than the times specified on the dates above, so there may be a delay between your arrival and the coach departing - this is so that we are able to meet students from a number of flights.
